We get up at 6 AM every day and usually never have time to eat breakfast, which let me remind you is the most important meal of the day. Without breakfast, we won't work or think as productively. We have somewhere around seven hours of school and somewhere around thirty minutes of break which is usually lunch. And at lunch is usually when students do their homework or stress about how much they have. We are then expected to go home and do another hour or two of homework and have extra-curricular activities and be able to sustain a normal social life. After staying up till midnight or maybe even later, we go to bed and repeat the process. We aren't raising an intelligent, successful, creative generation. We are raising a generation of zombies. We need change.
